Any evidence of smoking inside the home — including smell, residue, ashes, or tampering with smoke detectors — will result in a $250 fine, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable. If you choose to smoke, it must be done outside and away from the property, with all waste disposed of properly. Please note our home is not childproof Due to allergies, we are a pet free home. Evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine, in addition to extra cleaning or damage costs if applicable. We ask that our guests signs a rental agreement, prior to your stay.
